QUESTION: HOW CAN I SEE THE RENTAL?
ANSWER: When you have decided on the location you want to see, please contact us to schedule an appointment. We show apartments from 10:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Thursday, Fridays until 4:30pm. And by appointment on Saturdays.
QUESTION: WHAT ARE YOUR PET POLICIES?
ANSWER: DOGS: We only allow dogs at Portledge Commons, Crosspointe Apartments, Holloway St. and a few select location. We charge a $25/month pet fee for a dog. We only allow 1 dog per apartment, excluding Portledge Commons $ Crosspointe. All dogs must be under 25 lbs. and over 1 year old. Two dogs are allowed in they weigh combined 25 lbs. at Portledge Commons & Crosspointe. Veterinary papers verifying weight must be provided upon request.
Cats/Small aquarium caged animals: We allow up to two spayed or neutered preferably de-clawed and boxed trained cats in specific buildings and specific apartments in those buildings. We charge a $10 monthly pet fee for all locations excluding Portledge Commons. Portledge Commons is a $25 monthly pet fee per pet up to two cats.
Other Pets: Fish are allowed, but if the tank is over 10 gallons Renter`s Insurance is required. Gerbils, hampsters, and lizards are no extra fee--but must be caged at all times. Birds, ferrets, and rabbits are allowed but must be caged at all times; these pets are an additional $10 monthly with a $100 pet deposit.
Pet Deposit: Our pet deposit is $200 for the first animal and $100 for the second. The pet deposit is refundable after carpet cleaning.

QUESTION: HOW MUCH IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT?
ANSWER: Our security/damage deposit is $300 for most off campus locations excluding a few select locations. Deposit for Purdue campus locations are equal to the monthly rent. The security deposit *holds the apartment in your name for 24 hours only after approcal--a lease must be signed as soon as possible after approval.
* A minimum of 1/2 of the deposit is required to hold an apartment for all locations excluding Portledge Commons.
QUESTION: HOW DO I GET APPROVED FOR AN APARTMENT?
ANSWER: You must see the apartment, complete the application and return it to the office location. The approval process generally takes about 24 hours. We approve you based off of the following: current/previous landlord references, finances (you must be able to afford the apartment by our standard), criminal background, and *credit report.
*Credit? We do not base our decision on your credit score. You cannot have any outstanding utility bills or unsettled evictions on your credit report.
