When you have decided on the location you want to see, please contact us to schedule a tour. We do tours from 10:00am to 5:45m Monday through Friday.
Pre-authorization is required before bringing animals to the property. There is a pet addendum that must be signed.
Dogs: Dogs are welcomed at certain locations for $40/dog/month. All dogs must be under 25 lbs, over 1 year old, and be fixed and potty trained. $300 refundable deposit/dog
Cats: Cats are welcomed at certain locations for $20/cat/month. Cats must be spayed or neutered, litter box trained, and at least 6 months old. $300 refundable deposit/cat
Other Pets: Gerbils, hamsters, lizards, and snakes are all fine anywhere, and no extra fees. All these animals must be kept caged. Water aquariums for fish must be smaller than 30 gallons. No ferrets, rabbits, or birds.
There is a 2 pet limit.
We welcome service and assistive animals.
The refundable security/damage deposit is equal to one month's rent and is due at the time of the lease signing.
If you wish for a certain rental unit to be held exclusively for you while your application is being processed, we require a $200 good faith deposit that will be converted to part of your apartment once you sign the lease. The $200 good faith deposit is not refundable if you change your mind about taking the rental unit.
We suggest that you tour the unit or watch the video tour if you are not able to see it in person. Then complete an online application and provide proof of income through our website.
The approval process generally takes about 24 hours. We will base the approval decision on current/previous landlord references, adequate income verification, criminal background, and credit check. If you are concerned about something, you can ask before applying.
